Monthly Stress Busters:
Life can get stressful sometimes. Having a few go-to strategies can make those tough moments a little easier to handle.
Each month, we’ll share a coping strategy from School Mental Health Ontario that you can try. Coping strategies can help you manage stress, work through big emotions, reset, and feel more in control.
Not every strategy works for everyone—and that’s okay! The goal is to try different ones and figure out what works for you.
