Looking to start a career in blood collection with NL Health Services?

We are offering a fully funded, virtual six-week program starting on September 8, 2025, to become a phlebotomist for a return-in-service commitment.

Phlebotomists are needed across the province, and participants can expect to work in their current region after completing the program.

For interested candidates, phlebotomy is also an excellent first step into the Medical Laboratory Department, with opportunities to gain further education to grow into a medical laboratory assistant and eventually a medical laboratory technologist.
