It is with a heavy heart that I decided not to continue tutoring in the fall of 2026.

A huge thank you to all my students, their parents and teachers who have supported me throughout the years. I am so very grateful to have worked with all of you.

Welcome back to school everyone! Now that all my CBRH students have their schedules I will be making up the tutoring schedule for the next semester. I have room in most of my small group sessions for math and/or physics, but space is limited to 4 students per course.

I am now accepting new students for September 2025. The new schedule will be made as soon as students from Corner Brook Regional High have their semesterized schedules. An iPad or tablet is the best tool for an interactive whiteboard. But you can also join from a computer.

Of course you can also still participate in the tutoring session the same way as before.

A new semester is starting and I will try to offer a session for each of the math and physics courses, given that there is enough interest.

Students who have been with me before will get first opportunity to book.
New students will be added to my list and can join existing group sessions.

Taking on new students for the upcoming semester at CBRH!

I wanted to give you an update on where we are with the scheduling of things:

1. My teaching job with the Arctic College has not provided me with a schedule yet, but I will be teaching three courses, which leaves a limited number of times for tutoring spots. But I am confident that I should be able to fit one group session per course in, covering all math and physics high school courses.

2. My Corner Brook High students are all waiting to receive their schedules on the first day of school, which is Sep 3rd or 4th.

3. Everyone needs to figure out their availability with respect to extra curricular activities.

All of this information is going to come together for me this week. And then I have to take everyone’s info and make a working schedule out of it (which takes a lot of time, too).

So I will be contacting students and discussing scheduling by the end of the week.

What I need from you is this: (as soon as you have that info)

a. Do you need tutoring in September or January?
b. What course are you taking?
c. When are you NOT free?

Please try hard to tell me about all the times that do NOT work for you. Be as specific as possible, please. I will then assume that all other times are fair game.

So please be patient as I am working hard to work with everyone’s schedules :).
