We are excited for our upcoming trip this Thursday. Here are a few things that we wanted to remind you of before we leave.
There will be no overnight parking available at the school. Security does not allow for students to park their cars in the lots overnight, so there will be no exceptions. You will need to arrange a ride or transit the morning of the trip. If this is an issue, please let us know so we can arrange something.
Please remember to pack light. Try not to pack any unnecessary items, as space is limited. It is harder for the bus to accommodate for suitcases, so pack your belongings in a backpack or duffel bag. If you have any questions on what to pack or whether your business attire is appropriate, please reach out to us so we can be of assistance.
Our meeting time at the school on Thursday morning is 9am in the atrium. We will have a few things to go over before we leave for Whistler, so please arrive on time. It would be best to arrive at the school in your business casual attire, as we are unsure whether or not we will be able to check in right away.
Prepare your questions for the executives at the both the Fairmont and the Four Seasons. This trip is your opportunity to network and get to know the industry better.
Remember to check the WKS page for updates.
