Throughout February, we’ve been practicing our kindness each day - sharing toys, inviting friends to join in play, and choosing respectful, caring words. We’ve been building empathy and learning how to show others we care through our actions.

Today, we celebrate the progress we’ve made and proudly stand with our community to spread kindness and stand up to bullying.

Career Day! A BIG thank you to Dr. Ravi who visited our classroom this week! 🩺

Our little learners were all ears as he taught us simple (but very important!) ways to take care of our bodies:

💧 Drink lots of water
🧼 Wash our hands
🍎 Eat fruits and veggies
🏃‍♂️ Move our bodies every day
🤧 Cover our coughs and sneezes
🗣️ Tell a grown-up when you don’t feel well

The children asked thoughtful questions, practiced healthy habits, and even got to see some of the tools doctors use. Experiences like this help spark curiosity and build confidence as they learn about the world around them.

A huge thank you to our wonderful guest for taking the time to inspire our little neighbours, and remind us all how important it is to care for our bodies! 💛
