Don Portelance, one of Place des Arts’ founding members, believes that the "Images and Ideas" exhibition is great opportunity to celebrate diverse artistic excellence for his students. More importantly, it's also a learning experience for these young exhibiting artists to polish and curate their pieces under Don's guidance. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ¨

A different exhibition is currently on view at Coquitlam Public Library, Poirier Branch, throughout the summer 🌸

Abstract Blossoms is a new fibre art exhibition by Jennie Cole. The abstracted floral shapes and expressive colours invite viewers to interpret their own meanings. Flowers and blossoms bring that joy and brightness into our daily lives, and this exhibition is rooted in that spirit.

πŸ“… Available until August 10, 2026 during library hours.
