This Thursday is a Play Day!

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝘿𝙖𝙮?
Playing helps children develop social and emotional skills. It helps them work through their feelings and anything that could be stressing them. Playing also helps develop fine motor skills and gross motor skills (muscles).

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙙𝙤 𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝘿𝙖𝙮?
We encourage students to practice their problem solving strategies when dealing with conflicts. We encourage students to use their imagination when they are "bored". We play with the students to grow our relationship with them!

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜?
Students can bring one toy. Nothing electronic is allowed and not their favourite toy (in case it gets broken). A toy that can be shared is a good idea.
