Jason Foley's Academy of Martial Arts

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry to have to cancel class this evening. I ate something at a restaurant a few days ago and I've been crippled ever since with severe stomach cramping. The feeling of being useless is not a state of being I enjoy.

I am moving today's classes to tomorrow evening and combining the karate kids and Jr. Jiu-Jitsu.

Registration is still taking place tomorrow and Wednesday evening from 5:30-8:30pm.

Hi everyone,

Due to the high heat and Humidity (37 degrees) all children's classes are cancelled for today.

Any day the heat is above 33 degrees, I usually cancel children's classes.

Adults should bring a towel with them this evening, I expect swimming in a sea of sweat may be part of the training session this evening.
