May is Community Living Month. As part of advocacy work and in partnership with the Collingwood Public Library, E3 will be offering a special screening of the documentary “Unloved: Huronia’s Forgotten Children” followed by a Q&A panel. This is an excellent way to raise awareness and continue the discussion on full inclusion within our community. This story takes place in our own backyard and across Ontario in the recent past.
Please join us for this special event and share with those who may be interested. Space is limited!

We teach our Tots 'n' Tykes that "sharing is caring", so this week, we put that into practice!
We told our families that occasionally we would be placing vegetables that we have harvested in baskets out front for them to help themselves to. The kiddos had so much fun searching through the plants to find some hidden zucchini and cherry tomatoes!
We are excited to share everything that the preschool children have grown with love and attention and can’t wait to have more to share!

"Your garden, no matter its size, is an outdoor classroom waiting to be explored."
Thanks to a generous donation from Greentree Gardens & Emporium, the children have been having lots of fun identifying the different plant species from strawberries, to lettuce, tomato, pumpkin, cantaloupe, and squash!
After some careful inspection of the plants, the little ones did some digging. Many little hands makes for light work! We can’t wait to watch everything grow and be able to share our harvest with our families!

Our team has been hard at work getting our gardens ready! The raised garden beds have been filled with rocks and dirt and we're now getting ready to fill them with veggies, herbs, and pollinator flowers!
The preschool children are very excited to get their hands dirty and start growing! If you look closely, you'll notice we already have a few things sprouting up from last year's garden! See if you can spot the milkweed for the butterflies, a small but mighty tomato plant sprouting from a fallen tomato, and some chives!
We'd like to thank Home Hardware for their generous donation and support!
