Thank you to all who came to our Spring Concert last night!! A big congratulations to our students for performing so well. We’re very proud of you. 🥹

Graduating class, you will be very missed!!! Congratulations on all your achievements over the last four years. You should be so proud of yourselves for how far you’ve come.

Apologies for the radio static, I’ve been off for a few weeks, but we’re back!

❄️our Winter Concert is this Thursday at 7pm in the Owls Nest. Tickets are available on School Cash Online, you just need to show proof of purchase at the door

❄️also with our Winter Concert is our Silent Auction! This will take place during a brief intermission at the concert. There are some wonderful items available - great gift ideas for the holiday season! If you would like to donate, please email us

❄️our trip to Montreal in April is a go! There are a few spots available, if students are still interested

The Symphonic Band performed at Musicfest Nationals last night. The students wanted to go up a level, so in 6 weeks they prepared a B400 test piece called “Land of the Midnight Sun” by Robert Buckley.
They earned a Silver Award in performance, a Gold award in sight reading, and an Excellence in Clinic award. Mr Clayton and Ms Forrester are so proud.

Make sure you come see all our bands perform at next week’s Spring Concert! Tickets are on School Cash online for $10.

Due to weather and bus cancellations, tonight’s Winter Concert and Silent Auction have been POSTPONED.
We are working on securing a new date for next week and will post it as soon as we can.

We are having our first Silent Auction at our Winter Concert on December 12th. Proceeds raised from the auction will reduce the cost of our band trip for our students at the end of April.

Ideas include:
-services (eg. massages, hair cuts, consultations, manicures/pedicures, etc)
-crafts (eg. quilts, pottery)
-gift baskets

Tell us a bit about yourself and come ready to play. We have Mike Cadó from York University leading the way. Always a great day of music and challenging at the same time. Remember to practice your scales as the day has a distinct jazz focus!
