Kids yoga classes are coming! 💕
I’m so excited to be collaborating with Everlove Healing & Yoga Studio to bring YOGAPL3Y classes to the kiddos of Collingwood.
I haven’t taught this program in-person since prior to the pandemic and I can’t wait to c***ect with little yogis again.
Now more than ever our children need to get involved in these types of classes.
✨To rec***ect with themselves and others.
✨To strengthen their bodies and clear their busy minds.
✨To build confidence by challenging themselves to try new things.
✨To feel part of a community and play with other kids.
The 8 week session starts April 18th. Class runs every Monday from 5:30-6:30pm.
