On rainy days we walk! It’s just what we do 🤷🏼‍♀️ But today I added a 20lb dead weight to my chest and 30lbs of resistance to my arm (I did switch arms halfway through 💪) we walked for about 40 minutes today and finished at the playground for 40 minutes 🫶🏼 Rainy days don’t keep us in! Oh and we saw a bird eating bugs, so that was cool 😜
