We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 or Class 3 Truck Driver to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate Class 1 or Class 3 vehicles
• Hauling of Aggregate and Equipment
• Operation of Hydro Excavation Truck
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery and log records
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license
• Clean driving abstract
• Previous driving experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

As a Labourer at CHARBERN, you will support a variety of construction activities across residential, commercial, and civil projects. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and general clean-up
- Support excavation, grading, utility installations, and demolition tasks
- Operate small tools and equipment as required
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards
- Work alongside operators and trades to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform snow removal and seasonal tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to perform physical labour in all weather conditions
- Safety-minded with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction
