Protein Lemon 🍋 Loaf with Yoghurt honey glaze (easy recipe and about 10-12gram of protein per slice!!) because I try to combine my cravings for something sweet with getting a good amount of protein throughout the day 🫶🏻 Ever since I started to pay attention to my daily protein intake (I was at about 50% of what is recommended for my age and weight) I have more energy and am less tired, less hungry throughout the day and feel more grounded and focused 🤩 General minimum is 0.8 grams of protein per kg of body weight a day, but many specialists recommend 1-1.2 grams per kg of body weight. Enjoy this super yummy loaf recipe below:

Protein Lemon 🍋 Loaf
Wet ingredients
• 2 large eggs
• 3 cup Greek yogurt (you can use lactose free or coconut yogurt)
• ¼ cup milk (any kind)
• 3½ tbsp melted butter or neutral oil
• 3 tbsp + 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Zest of 2 lemons
• 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Dry ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup protein powder (whey or plant protein)
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 35-45 minutes in a lined (I greased it with coconut oil instead) loaf pan. Don’t overmix the batter, and start checking it around 35 minutes.
One small note: protein powder is much less consistent by volume than by weight, so if your batter seems unusually thick, add another 1-2 tbsp milk.
It should be thick but easily spoonable into the pan. Let cool down in pan for 10 minutes before taking it out.

Glaze:
* ½ cup (120 g) thick Greek yogurt
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
(Let it cool down for another 45 minutes before adding glaze)

And voila… your healthy, yummy lemon snack for days is ready! If you add the yogurt glaze make sure to refrigerate it right away 😋 🩷💕
Pro tip: Baking with protein powder can make things a bit dry- if you store the loaf in airtight container in fridge, it will bring the moisture back nicely!

🌕 For centuries, the full moon has been seen as a powerful time to release what no longer serves us- letting go of stress, limiting beliefs, and tension to create space for renewal, clarity and inner peace. That’s why we have intentionally chosen this date for a restorative evening designed to regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with your body. We’ll begin with an 8-step Somatic Release sequence, using intentional stretches, postures, and movement that encourage a gentle shaking response through the legs, hips, and lower back. This natural release helps unwind tension held in the Psoas muscles, allowing the body to let go of years of accumulated stress and stored patterns.
Many participants experience relief from physical discomfort, muscle tension, and anxiety, alongside with a deep inner sense of calm. We’ll then settle into an Alchemy Bowl Soundbath, where the healing frequencies of the bowls support nervous system regulation, deepen a state of relaxation, and beautifully integrate the Somatic Release.
Leave feeling lighter, grounded and deeply restored 💛 $62 etransfer to [email protected]
