We thank you, dear God, for the process of Truth and Reconciliation which began some years ago and the Canadian government's acknowledgement—late, late, though it was—of the evils we, as a people, have committed against our Indigenous brothers and sisters.

We are glad we've begun dismantling the unjust systems that oppress Indigenous people. But we know there's much yet to be done.

At Bloom Childcare Centre, we are so grateful to be here. We think especially of the tribes on whose lands we live: the Tsuut'ina, the Iyarhe Nakoda, and the Niitsitapi. We pray you'd richly bless them and help us to work together with them to make our city flourish.

We lament all the First Nations children forcibly sent to residential schools, the unspeakable abuse many of them suffered—tragically, so much of it in Christ's name.

We lament the thousands of First Nations children buried in unmarked graves across Canada, leaving their families with gaping holes they could never close. As the God who cares about each sparrow that falls, help us to care about each of these families as you do.

John 8:32 ("You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free"). This verse encourages us to pursue truth, even if it is uncomfortable, to achieve healing. At Bloom Childcare, we draw inspiration from this passage from the Bible to emphasize that reconciliation and truth are not merely words but require tangible actions, humility, and a commitment to justice for all.

Bloom Childcare Centre is hiring experienced pre-school teachers with ECE Level 3 and Level Qualifications. We offer competititive salary.

As we prepare for Christmas, we recall we recall this is a time of hope, waiting, compassion and kindness, as we await the coming of Jesus. During this time, it is essential to take a moment to reflect and give thanks for the many blessings bestowed upon us, as well as to pray for those members of our daycare community and families facing challenges.

The birth of Jesus signifies a new beginning for all of us. It is a time for renewed hope, peace, love and new beginnings. On behalf of the Bloom Childcare Centre staff, we wish you and your family a wonderful and peaceful Christmas and a New Year blessed with health and happiness.

Today, we remember those who sacrificed so we could live in freedom. This Remembrance Day, we're thankful for those who gave their lives while serving. We're thinking of those who have lost someone they love. Thank you for your sacrifice.

Bloom Childcare Centre Celebrates Grand Opening.
Present Mayor Jeff Genung, Deputy Minister Ako Ufodike, and parents. At the opening, we announced that we are working town officials to select a child from a family in need to receive daycare for one year free of charge. it's about showing social responsibility.

It's going to be 100 per cent covered by Bloom Childcare Centre.

It was one month ago today that I officially became a daycare provider! Yay! We made it!

One month ago, Bloom Childcare Centre hit the ground running as a new daycare in Cochrane
It’s been an amazing first month. I can’t wait because I know the years ahead will be even better as we climb to greater heights.

Over the years as a Mom, teacher, and daycare provider, I have learned that teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching them what counts is best;also, every child we encounter at our daycare is a divine appointment.

I would like to tell you how much I enjoy watching your children. I look forward to watching them learn and grow as long as you need me.
