What if you don’t need to become someone new...
What if you need to reconnect with the person you already are?

I’ve been sitting with this question a lot as we get ready to begin the Chakra Healing Journey this Friday.

Because I don’t believe we’re broken.

I don’t believe we need one more thing to fix about ourselves.

But I do believe that life can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, our intuition, our creativity, our voice, our relationships, and our sense of purpose.

Sometimes we know exactly what we should do...

…and still feel stuck.

That’s where this journey begins.

✨ Seven months.
✨ Seven chakras.
✨ Yoga + breathwork + meditation.
✨ Reflection + self-inquiry.
✨ Weekly live community.

We’ll move through the chakra system one month at a time—not simply learning about the chakras, but exploring what each one can teach us about how we’re living, where we’re holding back, and what might be ready to shift.

This isn’t about adding more information to your life.

It’s about embodying what you already know.

And you won’t be doing it alone.

We’ll have a beautiful community walking alongside one another for the full seven months.

🌿 We begin THIS FRIDAY with a video call at 12pm MT. All calls are recorded so if you miss one you can access it one your own time.
