💛 Wishing You All the Best, Teacher Kendal! 💛

Today we say a very special farewell to Kendal, who has been such an important part of our daycare family for the past 2 years.

Throughout her time with us, Kendal has worked in all of our rooms, bringing her caring nature, patience, energy, and dedication wherever she was needed. Most of all, she became a familiar and much-loved face in our Toddler Room, where she created so many wonderful memories with the children. 🧸💕

Kendal, thank you for all the love, laughter, cuddles, creativity, and care you have given our little ones over the past two years. Your commitment to the children and our team has truly made a difference, and you will be greatly missed by the children, families, and educators who have had the pleasure of working alongside you.

We are so grateful for everything you have brought to our centre and feel lucky to have been part of your journey. 🌸

We wish you nothing but happiness and success in your next chapter!
You will always be a part of our daycare family. 💕✨

Good luck, Kendal — and thank you for everything! 🥰

With school just a week away, United Way of Northumberland staff and volunteers are working hard to ensure every child in need has a backpack and supplies.

Cook’s Day Care is incredibly grateful to our parents, children, staff, and friends whose generosity exceeded all expectations — enough for two donation pickups by United Way staff!

The start of school can bring excitement and nerves, but having basic supplies helps set children up for success.

We’re proud to be part of such a caring community. Thank you for your kindness and support! 😊

Thank you to Bee Works/Dancing Bee for coming in to teach our school age kids about bees! Teaching them how nature works and helping them learn to take care of the planet. Turning fear into fascination! Showing the children how small actions make a big difference.
