As a lot of you may have already been aware Sensei Pat has been very ill battling the recurrence of his Brain tumour.
We want to thank Roy for all his help running the dojo through these difficult times.
We are not sure as to the future of the Mill Bay dojo but we will do our best to keep you informed of any developments.

Another phenomenal weekend Seminar hosted by Mortley Sensei. Once again Sensei brought a fresh look at the technical aspects of traditional martial arts. Information covered empty hand Kata Gojushiho Dai, Kobudo Kata Nobori ryu No Jo Sho, and Arikaki No Jo. Was so good to see some new faces and reconnect some old. A Huge thank you to those who participated.
