We had a Colorful week learning about the letter C. We talked about Colors, played with Construction vehicles and in the Castles, worked in the Coffee and Cookie shop, Crafted, colored, practiced Cutting and did a bunch of other Cool things.
Next week we discover the letter D.

It was a Beautiful week exploring all the things that start with the letter B. We Balanced on Buckets, Beams and with Bean Bags; Built Bridges; made Bead Bracelets; played with Babies, Balls, Birds, Boxes, Bubbles, and in the Bakery; read Books and went on a Bear hunt; sang a Banana song, went Bowling and had the Best surprise visitor.
We had a Bunch of fun and can’t wait to see what “C” has in store.

We Already had Another Amazing week As we start to learn the Alphabet. During A week we used Apples to talk about our Age, worked on fine motor skills and matching. We had an open ended Art table and introduced water color painting. We brought in our stuffed Animals to meet Andy as well as read stories, moved like, released and caged, played with, dressed as, and sang about Animals All week.
It was Awesome.

Our first full week is complete. 😊
We used our imaginations, read stories, and continued to build our relationships. We explored the classroom and outdoors in rain and shine, danced to songs and sang some rhymes. This week we welcomed some new friends, including our special friend Andy to our classroom, and discussed ways that we can solve our own problems. 👍🏼
Next week we start to explore the alphabet. It’s going to be An Amazing Adventure. 🔠

We had a couple of great first days of school last week playing both outside and in. We’re looking forward to getting to know the children and continuing to build on the routines in our first full week.
I can already tell that it’s going to be a wonderful year of learning through play. 😊

Meet Miss Julia!

Miss Julia is heading into her fourth year as our Playschool teacher, and she couldn’t be more excited to continue creating meaningful, playful learning experiences for our little ones!

As a mom of three wonderfully independent kids — ages 24, 21 and 17 — Julia has plenty of experience navigating the beautiful chaos that comes with raising a family! She loves watching children learn, grow, explore and, of course, have a little fun along the way.

She’s looking forward to another year of giggles, creativity, new friendships and all the wonderful chaos that comes with a busy Playschool classroom! 😊
