A former Claresholm skater, Ethan went on to compete at Canadian Nationals, represent Canada internationally, and perform around the world with Disney On Ice, Ferrari World, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
We’re thrilled to have his experience, passion, and love of skating back on our ice!

We’re excited to welcome Ethan Scott as our coach with the Claresholm Skating Club for the upcoming season!

Ethan brings an incredible depth of experience to our club, having competed at the Canadian National Championships and proudly represented Canada on the international stage. He has also spent years performing professionally in world-class productions, including Disney On Ice.

His passion, knowledge, and high-level skating experience will be an amazing asset to our skaters. We can’t wait for everyone to learn from him and are thrilled to have him as part of our team.

It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of our devoted board member Paige Barnard .
Throughout her battle with breast cancer she stayed on the board and was our carnival director . Her dedication was unprecedented . She will be missed .
Our thoughts and prayers are with her daughter and her family .

KidSport Claresholm is an amazing organization that works hard to ensure every child has the opportunity to play. We were proud to support them with a fundraiser at our year-end showcase.

A huge thank you to Claresholm Pharmacy and the Calgary Flames for partnering with us to provide an incredible grand prize, and to everyone who donated and supported this fundraiser. Your generosity will help give more local kids the chance to get in the game!

The Claresholm Skating Club is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Figure Skating Coach to join our team!

✨ What we’re looking for:
• NCCP Certified Coach
• A Certified CanSkate Coach will also be considered
• Positive and encouraging attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience coaching skaters of various ages and skill levels is an asset

📍 Location: Claresholm, Alberta

We offer a supportive club environment and the opportunity to help young athletes grow both on and off the ice.
