Our Robotics Team has officially placed 3rd in the World!

This amazing year has shown that our students can compete with the very best on the world stage.

We were also honoured to receive two special awards:

🏆 Guts and Glory Award – After an air pump failed during our mission, our team adapted, manually raised the lift bag, and became the only team to complete the mission with bonus points!

🏆 Best Pilots in the World – Out of 80 university, college, and high school teams, Mark and Nathan, who co-pilot our ROV, were selected as the top ROV pilots in the competition!

We couldn’t be prouder of this outstanding team. Congratulations on an unforgettable achievement!

School’s Out for Summer!

As another school year comes to a close, we would like to thank our students, families, staff, and community for your continued support. We are incredibly proud of all our students and everything they have accomplished this year.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026 as you begin your next chapter—we wish you every success in the future!

Yesterday, we proudly hosted the first Unified Sports Tournament for our region! Students from Clarenville High, Clarenville Middle School, and Heritage came together to compete in a fun-filled co****le tournament.

The event was a tremendous success! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this special event possible!

We would like to wish the Cougar Robotics Team the very best of luck as they compete this weekend at the International Underwater Robotics Competition. 40 of the top teams from around the world will put their robots to the test in this prestigious event.

Our team has worked incredibly hard over the past ten months, dedicating countless hours to designing, building, programming, and testing their robot. Their commitment, perseverance, and teamwork have been outstanding, and we are extremely proud of all they have accomplished.

The team would also like to extend a sincere thank you to all of their sponsors. Your generosity and support have made this opportunity possible.
