Back from another week off-grid.

I come back from that place the same person I left as β€” and also not. A little quieter inside. A little less convinced that the things I was worried about are as large as they seemed.

Nature has a way of returning you to your actual size β€” not smaller than you are, just not inflated by anxiety and the noise of everything that felt urgent before you left.

If you messaged while I was away I'll be responding this week. And if you've been thinking about reaching out but haven't yet β€” now's a good time. 🌿

Water is a good teacher if you sit with it long enough.

It doesn't hold its shape β€” it takes the shape of whatever holds it, and it's still completely itself. It finds the lowest point not out of weakness but because that's where it flows naturally. It wears down stone not through force but through persistence and time.

I come back to water when I've been in my head too long. It reminds me that most of what I'm resisting would resolve itself if I stopped fighting it and just let it find its level.

That's not passivity. That's trust.

Right now I'm sitting by water learning the same lesson I keep needing to learn. 🌿

We have a strange relationship with rest.

We treat it like a reward β€” something you earn after enough productivity. Or like laziness β€” something to feel guilty about if there are still things on the list.

But rest in the natural world is neither. It's a phase of the cycle. As necessary as the growing season. As active as anything else β€” just at a cellular level rather than a visible one.

Real rest isn't doing nothing. It's returning to something. Your body. Your actual pace. The version of yourself that exists underneath the constant demand to perform.

Right now I'm somewhere without wifi doing exactly that.

I hope you find a version of it this week too. 🌿

Taking myself off-grid again for a bit.

No wifi, no notifications. Just water, trees, and whatever the forest decides to teach me this time.

Posts are scheduled while I'm away. If you've been thinking about reaching out about working together β€” I'll be back and responding soon. The message will be waiting. 🌿

Hiked up to this view recently and just stood there for a while.

There's something about seeing where you live from above that changes your relationship with it. The valley you drive through every day looks completely different from up here.

I've lived here long enough to have history with this land. Places I keep returning to. Trails I know by feel. Trees I've said goodbye to.

Belonging to a place is one of the quieter forms of healing that doesn't get talked about enough. Knowing your land. Having spots that know you back.

That's part of what nature connection is actually about β€” not just being outside, but being in relationship with the specific piece of earth you call home. 🌿

I'm going to be straightforward today.

I have space for new clients and I'd love to work with you.

If you've been reading along here and something keeps resonating β€” the nature connection, the Partswork, the idea that healing is about remembering what's already whole β€” that resonance is worth paying attention to.

The women I work with are ready to understand themselves differently. Tired of the same patterns. Feeling disconnected from themselves or from a sense of what their life is for. Sometimes just quietly wondering if there's something more available to them than what they've found so far.

There is.

Sessions are in person in Chilliwack or online, wherever you are. The simplest next step is sending me a message β€” I'm easy to reach and genuinely easy to talk to. 🌿

There's a particular kind of trail that does something to you before you've even taken a step.

The canopy closes overhead. The light changes. The sound changes. And something in you that's been braced quietly lets go.

I don't think that's accidental. We evolved in environments like this. Our nervous systems know what to do with a forest path even when our minds have forgotten.

You don't have to think about your problems or set intentions or practise presence. Just walk in.

The forest does the rest. 🌿

This week I grieved a tree.

I also sat with what it means to do this work β€” to spend your life helping people find their way back to themselves.

I do this because I know it's possible. Because I've done it myself β€” the long, unglamorous, decade-plus version of it. Because nature keeps showing me that nothing is wasted, that what falls feeds what grows, that cycles are real and we're always in one.

If you've been quietly wondering whether this kind of work might be for you β€” nature-connected coaching, Partswork, intuitive healing, soul retrieval β€” I'd love to have a conversation.

Not a sales call. Just a conversation.

Send me a message. I'm easy to reach and easier to talk to. 🌿

This is one of my favourite trails.

No destination.
No fitness goal.
No podcast playing.

Just the sound of the forest
and my feet on the ground.

This is what I mean
when I talk about nature connection
as actual healing work.

Not a concept.
Not a backdrop.

A walk.
A breath.
A return to yourself.

Your nervous system knows what to do
when you give it this.

You just have to show up
and let it. 🌿
