We need your help 🤍
Our Senior Services programs offer a wide range of support to older adults in our community—from friendly visits and meal delivery, to light home supports, and connection programs. And right now, we’re looking for more volunteers to step in and make a difference.
Whether you have an hour a week or a bit more time to give, there are so many ways to support seniors who may be experiencing isolation or need a little extra help to stay independent at home.
If you’ve ever thought about giving back, this is a meaningful place to start. Let’s show up for the older members of our community—they’ve taken care of us, and now it’s our turn 💙

Join the free ‘Active Aging Stretch Strength class running on Tuesdays through to June 30, 2026 at 10:30am in Kinsmen Park beside the pickleball courts. All levels of fitness are welcome!
