Hey beautiful human!

After a truly outstanding winter and spring, we are finally shutting it ALL the way down for our annual studio summer hiatus from August 1st to September 7th, 2026.

Some things I'll be doing while I'm not plugged into studio communication channels:

- becoming one with the rocking chair on my deck while reading the latest Dungeon Crawler Carl book.
- eating a ridiculous amount of local ice cream
- gently swaying in my hammock or floating in my wading pool
- wandering aimlessly around my garden deadheading flowers and eating raspberries

There will be no access to any email, text, voicemail, messenger or carrier pigeons during this break, but as always, I will be SO happy to connect with you upon our return to the office, Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.

We were speechless today to learn that after a beautiful performance last night while fighting a fever, studio Kai Yee WON the Intermediate Classical Voice class !!!

This is her first year in the Intermediate category, after winning the Junior Classical Voice class last year.

Kai Yee is a beautiful young singer, with so much musical and artistic sensitivity, who rises to the challenge of her rep every single time. She is curious and funny, and so smart! It is an honour to be her teacher, and I am so deeply proud of everything she has accomplished so far. I can’t wait to see what’s next!! 🤩💕🤩💕
