Dear MSMS Families,

We are writing to let you know about a change to our upcoming schoolwide field trip.

We want to begin by acknowledging the incident that took place at Cultus Lake Waterpark earlier this week. Our thoughts are with the students, families, and school community who were impacted.

We've been notified the Waterpark will be closed on Monday, June 22, so our scheduled trip will not be going ahead as planned.

What this means for your family:

- We will be receiving a refund from the Waterpark for the trip.

- Student QuickPay accounts will be credited for any families who had already paid for the trip.

- This credit will remain in your student's QuickPay account and can be used toward any future school fees or field trips, right through to Grade 12.

We are arranging alternate activities for students on Monday, June 22. Some classroom teachers may reach out directly if their alternate activity takes place off school property.
