❗️ ATTENTION NEW MOMS ❗️ Researchers from UFV School of Kinesiology are recruiting new moms for a study investigating postpartum physical and mental health. Participants will be introduced to exercise classes that involve a mixture of yoga, tai chi, and pilates.
