🪷✨🥊Girls and Moms Self Defense Class and Charms Keychain Making Class!🥊✨🪷

We are so excited for this! Important life skills while having fun with mom and daughter! Friday Sept 11th from 615-830pm. The first 1hr and 30 minutes will be self defense focused. We will work together to practice our self defense skills. Part of self defense is having a "personal directive". A reason to fight and defend yourself.
Then for the next 45 minutes, we will be building a charms keychain. The keychains are really cute and a lot of fun to put together. Sign up in My studio app. $32.50 + tax per person

Schedule Update: We have changed the Monday and Wednesday 4pm classes to Intermediate and Advanced belts classes. The rest of the schedule remains the same.

Last Friday our kids spent the morning enjoying and exploring the river! 🏞️💚 Crawfish, leeches, water stick bugs(unsure of actual name lol), and man made stick tee pees were the highlight of the day! 😁🛖

Beginner classes are available for all ages:
3.5-4 Years Old Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-450pm

5-12 Years Old
Mondays at 5pm
Tuesdays at 5pm
Wednesdays at 6pm
Thursdays at 6pm
Fridays at 410pm
Saturdays at 10am

13 Years old to Adult Ages
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8pm-850pm

We pick up from the school, and your child can stay with us until 6pm each day. We do a martial arts class with the kids 4/5 days each week. The program also includes half day pickups and we are open for Pro D Days.

We are a part of the fee reduction initiative which takes off $115/month for grade one and older and takes off $320/month for kindergarten age. We also accept the Affordable Childcare Benefit (subsidy).
