Newcomer Orientation Week (NOW) taking place August 18–20 at Imagine High.

NOW is a welcoming summer program designed to help newcomer students feel more prepared, confident, and connected before the school year begins.

The program is supported by Peer Leaders (high school volunteers, many with lived immigrant experience) and serves students in the Chilliwack School District from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

Students may be newly arrived to Canada or may have been here for several years. To be eligible, parents or legal guardians must hold a valid Work Permit or Study Permit, have Refugee status, Permanent Residency, or be Naturalized Canadian Citizens.
