Little Footsteps Child Care Centre is a licensed facility offering Preschool, Daycare, Infant/Toddler and School Age Care located in central Chilliwack, BC. We are looking for an ECE A or Responsible Adult to join our team to support and enhance our program. We follow a theme-based learning curriculum in a play-based environment.

Job Details:
Part Time position
• Monday to Friday 4 hours/per day
• Immediate start date.
• Competitive wages and benefit package.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Demonstrate an ability to work with a team successfully and collaboratively.
• Exhibit a willingness to try and learn new things.
• Possess a valid ECE A or RA certificate.
• Provide a clear criminal record check.
• Provide two professional references.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the implementing of developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for children.
• Provide quality care by guiding, encouraging and supervising children both indoors and outdoors, ensuring children’s safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist in housekeeping duties to ensure facilities and equipment are neat, safe and clean/sanitized.
• Ensure that the program meets, implements and maintains both the health and safety requirements of the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act.

A LFCC staff member will always accompany the bus/van. Class 4 License and Criminal Record Check are required. Great position for a retired bus driver! Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30-8:30 am and 1:30-3pm
