Rescuing the leprechaun’s gold science experiment! 🍀 

Last week as we wrapped up our St. Patrick’s Day theme our little learners had the opportunity to rescue some gold that had been hidden in our freezer by one very tricky leprechaun.

 The children used pipettes to add salt water, vinegar and plain tap water ( warm and cold) to help thaw the frozen treasure and discover which tray held the solution that would work the best.

Making tracks, exploring color and transportation by painting with cars 🚗 🛞 it’s messy, but that’s where the best learning happens!

Adventures in learning!

A huge thank you to ABC Cat Rescue who visited us last Friday as we wrapped up our community helpers week with Pet Rescuers. Our little learners got to hear all about cats and how they get homes through adoption. After a whole lot of questions they even got to spend some quality time with Buddy the Cat!

Each child also got a take home package including a bookmark, stickers and coloring sheets featuring real life ABC rescue cats D***y, Voyage, and Chowmein!

Hi Kids Club families yesterday’s special visitor ABC Cat Rescue & Buddy the Cat came for a very special visit as part of our Pet Rescuer’s day which wraps up Community Helpers week!

Come by Mr Pets Today for an open house between 11-5 to say hi & meet some adorable adult cats. You can even learn how to volunteer and bring donations such as food and toys for the kittens and cats.
