Better Head Control doesn’t start with strong core muscles. 🧠It starts with the brain figuring out how to move through gravity and THEN being able to coordinate their whole body through gravity with the least amount of effort.

Head Control should be effortless. A beautiful dance by the brain to coordinate the entire body.

Head Control doesn’t take just a few muscles. 🧠 It’s a complex movement that the brain coordinates.

Muscles need to be strong, but they also need the command center (the brain!) to be able to coordinate the whole body.

Are you including exercises to help the Brain coordinate the whole body?
