We’re thrilled to welcome our associate counsellor, Daveena, who is working toward her RCC designation here in BC. While completing her registration, she’s offering a sliding scale for new clients.

Daveena supports both adults and youth, with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With experience in human services and law enforcement, she brings warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. 💙

Stress has damaging impacts on our overall health, especially when it is ongoing. Our nervous system’s development and functioning through our life, determines how wide our window of tolerance is and plays a crucial role in our ability to manage stress.
