đŤ Post-Halloween Detox Salad: A Nutrient-Packed Refresh! đĽ
Feeling the need for a reset after Halloween? This vibrant salad is loaded with powerhouse ingredients that will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the world! đ
Salad Ingredients:
⢠2 cups cauliflower
⢠2 cups broccoli
⢠2 cups red cabbage
⢠2 cups arugula
⢠2 carrots
⢠1/2 cup parsley
⢠1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions:
1. Wash all veggies thoroughly in Kangen
11.5 pH
water to rinse off any residue.
2. Roughly chop all veggies. Chop in
batches for best results.
3. Place about 4 cups of chopped veggies
in a food processor at a time and use the
chop option.
4. Repeat 2-3 times for a finer texture.
5. Empty chopped veggies into a large
bowl. It should look like a colorful,
nutritious mix!
Dressing Ingredients:
⢠1/2 thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely
grated
⢠2 Tbsp honey
⢠1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (ACV) or
fresh lemon juice
⢠1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
⢠1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
Dressing Directions:
1. Combine grated ginger, honey, ACV (or
lemon juice), Dijon mustard, and
Himalayan salt in a small bowl.
2. Whisk until well mixed.
3. Drizzle over the salad and toss to coat
evenly.

When I was younger, I wouldnât have crossed the street for organic veggiesâeven if they were free!!
But now? I hunt them down like treasures! đĽâ¨ Why? Because eating local, organic produce is more than a trendâitâs essential for true nourishment.
đ Did you know that the further food travels, the more nutrients it loses before it even hits your plate? Not to mention, every stop along the way adds potential contamination.
𤯠But hereâs the real mind-blower: plants grown in distant places have a different makeup of photon energy. That might sound like sci-fi, but itâs true. Your body constantly âtalksâ to the sunlight and environment around you. When you eat produce from faraway places, the photon energy doesnât match your local environment. Your body has to work extra hard to process that mismatch and absorb the nutrients.
⨠Local produce? Itâs potent medicine for your body and mind. Itâs in sync with the same sunlight you see, the same environment you breathe. Itâs easier to digest, energizes you more effectively, and even supports your local farmers. And hey, it just tastes better!
