Great leaders are great teammates first.

They encourage others.
They show respect.
They work hard.
They celebrate each other's success.

Those are lessons we practise every week at Zanshin—and they stay with students long after classes ends.

At Zanshin, we believe leadership begins with learning how to be part of a team. Those lessons are practised every week on the dojo floor—and they stay with students long after class ends.

🥋 Fall registration is now open.

Resilience isn't about never struggling.

It's about choosing to keep going.

Every new belt, every new skill, and every accomplishment begins with persistence through the difficult moments.

That's one of the greatest lessons karate teaches.

🥋 Fall registration is now open.

Help your child discover just how strong and resilient they can become.

Some friendships begin in the classroom.

Others begin on the dojo floor.

Karate brings students together through shared goals, encouragement, and countless moments of learning side by side.

It's amazing how quickly teammates become lifelong friends.

🥋 Join our Zanshin community this fall.

Registration is now open, and new students are always welcome.

Why do parents choose Zanshin?

We know that parents aren’t just looking for another activity.
They’re looking for a place where their child will be known.

A place where instructors notice when they’re struggling, celebrate when something finally clicks, and expect them to keep growing.

A place that takes martial arts seriously without taking the joy out of being a kid.

At Zanshin, students learn practical karate, develop confidence and discipline, build friendships, and become part of a community that wants to see them succeed.

That’s why families stay.

That’s why siblings join.

And that’s why so many new students come to us because another Zanshin family told them, “You should try this place.”

🥋 Fall classes begin September 15.

Beginners are welcome, and there’s still time to join us.

Character is built one choice at a time.

Choosing respect.
Choosing perseverance.
Choosing integrity.
Choosing kindness.

At Zanshin, we believe these are just as important as any kick or punch.

🥋 Registration for our Fall season is now open.

If you're looking for an activity that helps build confident, respectful young people, we'd love to meet your family.

Never tried karate? Perfect. 🥋

You don't need to know how to kick.
You don't need to know how to punch.
You definitely don't need to know how to tie a belt.

That's what the first class is for. 👊

At Zanshin, beginners aren't expected to arrive knowing karate.

They're here to learn karate.

Our instructors will meet them where they are and help them take it one step at a time.

🥋 New students are always welcome.

Fall classes at Zanshin begin Tuesday, September 15.

Come try a class, and see if the Zanshin family feels like the right fit for yours.

Courage isn't about never being afraid.

It's raising your hand.
Trying something new.
Getting back up after a mistake.

Walking onto the mat for the very first time.

Every black belt started exactly where every beginner starts.

🥋 Ready to take that first step?

A new season begins September 14.
New students are always welcome.

Fall registration is now open for new and returning students.

Join us, and discover what your child is capable of.

YOU ASKED, WE'VE ANSWERED - KINDER KIX IS BACK! 🥋

We've heard it again and again: "Do you have karate for younger kids?"

For the past few years, the answer has been no.

This fall, that's changing.

Kinder Kix is returning to Zanshin Karate, giving our youngest martial artists a program designed especially for them.

Through movement, games and age-appropriate martial arts instruction, Kinder Kix introduces children to the fundamentals of karate while helping them develop coordination, focus, confidence and listening skills — all in a class that's active, positive and FUN.

It's a first step into martial arts, designed for little bodies, growing minds and lots of energy.

And we know some of you have been waiting for this one.

🥋 Kinder Kix returns this fall!

Every child deserves someone who's cheering them on.

One of the things we love most about Zanshin is watching our students encourage one another.

The high fives.

The smiles.

The quiet words of encouragement after a challenge.

The older students who remember what it felt like to be new.

Karate is an individual journey, but no one has to walk it alone.

From the very first class, children become part of a community that celebrates effort, supports growth, and enjoys seeing one another succeed.

🥋 If your child is ready to try something new this fall, we'd love to welcome them.

07/24/2026

Confidence isn't something children are born with.

It's built.

One class at a time. One challenge at a time. One small success after another.

At Zanshin, we see incredible things happen when children discover they're capable of more than they thought.

The quiet child volunteers to lead warm-ups.
The hesitant child earns their next belt.
The nervous child walks into class smiling.

Those moments don't happen overnight—but they happen.

Because confidence isn't something we give children.

It's something they build for themselves.

If you're looking for an activity that helps your child grow both on and off the mats, we'd love to welcome your family this fall.
