Great day for the Annual Staff vs Grade 7's Baseball Game - not too hot, not too sunny! Just the perfect weather for the staff to once again come out as the victors🎉

Many thanks to Mr and Mrs Cleeve for making it a true ballpark experience by providing hotdogs to the cheering fans.

Maybe next year will be the students' year to come out on top🫢🫢

🏅 HISTORY IN MOTION
The starter’s horn sounded at Great Lakes Secondary School—and with it, a new LKDSB tradition was born.
For the first time, 531 elementary student athletes from across our entire bard came together for a unified Track & Field Meet— with representation stretching from Wheatley to Grand Bend.
From powerful sprints to soaring jumps and electrifying relays, the day was filled with determination, sportsmanship, and unforgettable moments. Even more impactful? Students competing alongside peers they’d never met before, building connections that reached far beyond the finish line.
This wasn’t just a meet—it was the beginning of something bigger for LKDSB students.
