But it’s profitable for some big chemical companies.”

First day in the garden today! Got some compost in and planted our tomatoes! We planted lilacs and high bush cranberry two years ago and they are doing really well this year, with the lilacs blooming profusely. We also have our gorgeous clematis in bloom and rasberries and blueberries looking healthy too

Fox problem solved! Thanks to the brilliant person who suggested we try turning a radio on in the corner of the garden. It is working like a charm. Although the foxes prevented us from growing many vegetables this year, we did manage to get a great crop of tomatoes and sunflowers. !
