Strong By Nature invites Rainbow Elders and Allies to join us for this outdoor movement program!
🌲Description: Strong By Nature blends functional movement, playful skill-building, and group-based activities to support health aging, bone density, and strengthening muscles that help with fall prevention. We are excited to announce that we are offering a FREE family program this spring! Friday mornings from 10am to 12pm at Robert Cotton Park for the month of June! (June 5, 12, 19, and 26th). Babies and kids of all ages welcome!
At this program, adults will be responsible for the children they bring, but staff will be there to support adults and kids alike. You will have to fill out a liability waiver on the first morning.
This is a drop-in program, so feel free to invite other families you know! Although registration is not required, if you register, you will receive information emails from us, including info if there is a last-minute cancellation due to especially bad weather!

Our final winter program highlight!
☕There are so many ways to stay warm during the winter while outside.
Our kids made up games, kept moving, used hot water bottles, and even helped us make hot chocolate and hand it out to their friends.

The doors are open and the tables are full at the Spring Community Exchange | 2026. Our community showed up with so many generous donations, and everything here is completely free to take. No buying from big box resellers, no paying for your neighbour’s kindness- Just a true community swap!
We’re here at the Charlottetown Library until 3pm, in the Rotary Atrium- which is closest to the back entrance on Pownal! We're accepting donations all day, and the event is open and free to all (regardless of contribution).

Happening Tomorrow: the first Charlottetown Executive Functioning Games Club, May 2nd from 1-3 pm in Room 212 at the Royalty Centre! No sign-up necessary. This event is for all ages, parents are welcome to stay and play. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Winter program highlight!
🏂Bundling up for the weather does not stop activities or fun!
Along with making tunnels and snowboarding, we made igloos and played with our mud kitchen toys!
