Recent reductions to Pedagogical Support funding will disproportionately impact women across Prince Edward Island through: Reduced hours, job loss, increased burnout, less stable employment opportunities.

These are experienced Early Childhood Educators who support children, families, educators, and entire centres every single day.

At a time when meaningful progress has been made in supporting women in the workforce, now is not the moment to move backward.

Today we celebrated Vaisakhi at the centre. The children made kites and traditional musical instruments called Dhol and had fun learning about this festival.

Tomorrow is pyjama, teddy bear and story book day 🧸📚
