🏕️ Out here camping, surrounded by nature, and I still couldn’t figure out why I felt “off.” I thought the fresh air would be enough, but I was getting squirrelly and anxious. I tried a few things, but it wasn’t until I took a moment for some yoga that everything started to settle. Sometimes even the yoga instructor needs a reminder to slow down and breathe. 💚
