Now, for our actual last bootcamp of Summer 2025…The amazing BREAD camp!! All the bootcampers got to make their own individual sizes of multiple types of bread. I’m still reminiscing about how yummy the kitchen smelled that day. Our bootcamper’s breads all turned out phenomenal and no one left empty handed!! Take a look for yourself😍

Our last, but definitely not least, kids/teens camp!! This group of bootcampers left us all smiling with their eagerness, interest and creativity in the kitchen. Thank you for being the best last group we could’ve asked for! What a great way to end our kids camps for the Summer! 🙂👏

🦞 Island Flavours - One of our favourite bootcamps!

We started the morning off at riverview market where we watched a butchery demonstration and picked up some fresh local veggies for later! After returning to The Culinary Institute, the bootcampers enjoyed a beautiful charcuterie board with refreshments, along with a Liquid Gold Tasting Bar/Olive Oils & Vinegars presentation and tasting. The Chefs and bootcampers then proceeded to cook and indulge in some local ingredients & Island favourites, all while overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown harbour. From start to finish, Island Flavours was a hit!! 🥰🥩🦪🥕🥗🥔🍦
