The question is no longer WILL “they” help longterm abusers, it’s WHEN! In family law and child protection, severity of allegations is measured by how much "suspicion" or "risk weight" remains attached to the accused.

How do you measure "suspicion" or "risk weight" in cases where one parent undermines the child’s relationship with the accused? (Narcissist, BPD, PPD etc)

PS: If you’re beginning to see how absurdly subjective this standard is you’ll see it’s not beyond a reasonable doubt that state agents WILL help LONGTERM abusers from time to time! Which is why it already affects 30% of Canadians!

PPS: it’s not necessary that you act now to stop this, we can wait until it happens to you or your grandchildren…let me know when NOW would be a good time to act and I’ll show you something you can do!

Are there 25 islanders who would support a bill or two that would reduce the damage done to children when they undermine the child’s relationship with the parent?
Comment or message us to be counted.

We are soon looking for 25 islanders who can sign a hardcopy petition supporting a bill or two to address the undermining of children’s relationships with their parents. Could you meet me downtown in Charlottetown if I let you know in advance? It's likely going to be after 6 pm on a Thursday.

Why would you study something that only affects 5% of your cases? Have you asked when your judge or lawyer last invested in parental alienation training? If so then you know why you need litigation 101!
Litigation 101 is a 12-week private and exclusive online educational course offered by Charlottetown Community Church to address the challenges of accessing justice and mental health services through educational resources.

Have you ever reported parents who breed maladaptive children such as high school bullies? Under Section 3(1)(j) of PEI's Child, Youth and Family Services Act, if a child under 12 is causing damage or harm, and the parent is "unable or unwilling to take measures to remedy, alleviate, or prevent the child’s behaviour," the child is officially considered in need of protection.
