Progressive Music Studio provides high quality musical instruction in a fun and comfortable atmosphere.

Progressive Music Studio provides lessons to students if all ages in a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Private, semi-private, and group lessons formats are offered to help fit your needs and interests. Lessons are tailored to better fit the needs, interest and learning style of each individual student. Royal Conservatory training (RCM training) is available, as well as performance opportunities through, studio recitals, community events, and music festivals.

Progressive Music Studio is excited to welcome and introduce Victoria Rusin as the new Vocal Teacher to join our team.

Victoria beams with a genuine love for music!

She is a voice teacher and performer with a passion for helping students discover and develop their unique voice. She believes singing should be both rewarding and enjoyable, and strives to create a positive, supportive environment where students can build confidence while developing healthy vocal technique.

With a background in classical voice, musical theatre, and contemporary styles, Victoria continues her vocal training through the Royal Conservatory of Music. She has earned multiple Gold Certifications at the Hamilton Music Festival, performed in the Festival's Grand Concert and Drury Lane's Annual Music Hall, and received vocal scholarships recognizing excellence in both classical voice and musical theatre.

She will be available for lessons on Tuesdays throughout the summer, and Wednesdays and Thursdays in the fall.

Today marked our 17th Annual Year End Recital. What an amazing recital! Today we celebrated our students and all their hard work and growth over the year. All the performers should be so proud of what they accomplished! 🎸🎤🎹🎶🎼🎵

Thank you to the Caledonia Presbyterian Church for allowing us to use your sanctuary and beautiful grand piano for the recital.

Hello ,

Progressive Music Studio is super excited to introduce Sarah Church as the new vocal teacher to join our team.

With 13 years of professional experience, Sarah Church is a talented and versatile vocalist singing pop, rock, and is currently completing her Level 8 RCM certificate in classical voice. Sarah’s journey as a singer has led her to collaborate with industry professionals, resulting in her debut full-length album 'Letting Go', recorded by Amy King at the renowned Grant Ave Studio, and featuring Progressive Music Studio’s, Jame Gannett on bass. She is currently completing her highly anticipated follow-up album 'Shadows of Time' with Andrew Lauzon at Grant Ave. showcasing her evolution as an artist.
She is excited to now offer vocal lessons as part of her portfolio whilst continuing in her musical endeavours.

Sarah will be joining us on Mondays and possibly Thursdays, if there is enough interest to open a second day.
