I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be playing blues guitar for at least 24 hours to support the Community Harvest Food Bank in Castlegar!

You can sponsor any amount you’d like per hour I play. All the money raised will go directly to the Food Bank.

The marathon kicks off on Friday, October 23rd at noon, and will be held at Supercat Studios in Castlegar.

We’ll have a live Facebook feed throughout the event, so you can check in and watch me play blues all day and night.

I will have a second guitar set up for anyone who would like to drop in and join me to jam some blues anytime during the 24 hours.

I’m aiming to go beyond 24 hours once I’ve reached that goal!

I will take a 15-minute break for every four hours of playing. Washroom breaks will be on a need-to-be basis lol

I’m looking forward to a fun and exciting way to support our local food bank before the Christmas season arrives.

More details to follow.

A huge thank you to General Manager, Mike Lawton and his team at Glacier Honda for the generous donation to Supercat Studios and The Lance McLaughlin memorial music fund.

This fund helps families who otherwise couldn’t participate in lessons.

What a fantastic supercat show at the castle theatre tonight! I’m so proud of all of our students and teaching staff. The show was amazing and everybody worked so hard. We raised over $1000 for the Lance McLaughlin angel music fund. Thank you so much to everyone we donated.

Thank you to everyone who helped load and unload gear setting up for the show and helping the students on and off stage. And thank you to Tammy and Lowell at the theater. I can’t believe next year will be our 20th year working together.
