To say I’m proud is an understatement!

Huge congrats to Derek Alce for winning Gold 🥇 , to Nixon for taking home a bronze🥉 and to Peyton for giving it her all, she’s only 5 and had to move up to the 7 yr old division, she did phenomenal!

Super proud day for me!

My heart is so broken, broken for his family, the community, our dojo as we all have lost a beautiful kind soul.

Zach was such a ray of sunshine, he brought exuberant energy into every Kickboxing class he did! His smile would light up a room and everyone who met him always felt better after talking or training with him!

He met everyone with whom he came into contact with, with a warm heart, friendship a huge smile and would always be the first to lend a helping hand! Such a cool kid, with a very quick sense of humor! We had so many fun times over the years! I am grateful and honoured he graced my life!

To say I’m sad is such an understatement, honestly Zachary left us way too soon! Please give your families a big hug, tell them you love them every single day as we never know when our journey is done.

Rest in peace Zach, we miss you very much and we are sending all of our love, thoughts and prayers to you our hearts are with your family. ♥️

So incredibly proud of everyone!

Portugal was phenomenal and our athletes made their families, communities, province, country and all of us extremely proud!
