Starburst Child Care We believe in child-centred learning, providing children the resources and guidance with which to to take charge of their own individual learning.

At Starburst Child Care we believe in child-centred learning. Children are provided the resources and direction with which to to take charge of their own individual learning. They learn to explore and discover new things with a responsible, caring adult to guide them. We begin each day with circle time greetings, singing and dancing. We do lots of crafts and baking and spend time outside getting our hands dirty and exploring nature. Storybook time and music time with drumming and other instruments are incorporated into each day. The children are excited to arrive each day, see each other and anticipate what the day holds. Children should be learning something new everyday. It’s not difficult to keep their minds engaged when provided the right tools and opportunity to explore the world around them. The goal of Starburst Child Care is to develop an early foundation for learning and communicating in a safe and caring environment.
