So proud of this awesome human! Way to go, Drake!

It's that time of year again! The Valley Fine Arts Scholarship has been awarded to an amazing Northeast Kings Education Centre graduate. Drake Jones-Bezanson will be heading to NSCC to study in their Music Arts Program. Drake recently finished a run as the bassist in the NKEC production of "Footloose". His goal is to work professionally as a session musician or perhaps even a music teacher. We're so proud to be able to help Drake follow his dreams!

Holy Moly!! We can't thank Your Last Resort enough. Laura Churchill Duke and Jennifer Williams Saklofske helped organize and transform our loft space-a space we share with students council and prom, to start making it functional. We donated to local friends, had other friends come in and help figure out what things were viable, and threw out and recycled a lot.
Knowing we will be starting the 2026/27 school year with a functional space for all is absolutely phenomenal!!!

You gotta have friends! This quartet has eachothers backs, on the dance floor, in town meetings and everywhere else. They are more than willing to stand up and form a line (dance) for their rights!
