Anger is sadness’s bodyguard.

Kids and youth aren’t always taught how to recognize and handle their emotions. Sometimes what looks like anger is something else underneath.

Helping them understand what they’re feeling gives them better ways to express it.

That's all folks! Another 50,000lbs of potatoes are GONE! 🥔

WOW! Camrose you turned up! Potatoes are now all distributed!

If you were lucky enough to get some potatoes, we’d love to see your photos or pass along your message of thanks to the farmer! Send your photos or messages to [email protected], and we’ll make sure your thanks reach the farmer.

Thank you to Camrose & District FCSS, Camrose Regional Exhibition, Camrose Chrysler, & Second Harvest for making this possible.
