CDHS had an outstanding day at East Regionals! Congratulations to all eight athletes who proudly represented our school and gave it their all.

- Dylan Larche improved his triple jump by an incredible full metre from last week, recording a jump of 11.92m!

- Bryce McRae dominated the track, capturing gold in the 100m (11.09), 200m, and 400m events!

- Rachel Kosobucki ran a strong 1500m race, finishing 5th with a time of 4:59.

- Rowan Dunford completed the 100m hurdles in 16.71.

- Ella Watson earned a silver medal in discus.

- Our 4x100m relay team of Will Watson, Tekkin McVey, Austin Pettey, and Bryce McRae raced to a second-place finish with a time of 47.0 seconds.

Congratulations to all of our athletes on an incredible showing at East Regionals. Best of luck to the five CDHS athletes advancing to OFSAA next week. We'll be cheering you on every step of the way

CDHS with the support of Ontario Careers Lab welcomed local entrepreneurs and community members to talk with Grade 9 and 10 students. The career coaching sessions were engaging and informative. Thank you to all those coaches who attended.
