The Discovery Passage Aquarium is open today for the season! One of my favourite places to visit!
If you haven’t come to the aquarium before or lately, this is your sign to go say hi to the wolf eels, sea stars, and all of our other underwater neighbours.
Local gems like this survive because of community support, so make a day of it: bring a friend, take your time, and fall in love with the Salish Sea all over again.

Our Story
VI Creature Teachers provides fun, educational and interactive live reptile displays and shows. We offer the community of Vancouver Island the chance to get hands-on experiences with snakes, lizards, amphibians and invertebrates in the comfort of their own home, school, office or special event.
We strongly support the adoption of unwanted reptiles. The majority of our animals are surrenders or were adopted from abusive or neglectful situations. Every one of our animals has a great story to go with them!
We are also proud supporters of our local island breeders and businesses.
