Have a beautiful weekend

A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.

At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.

The teacher said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."

This articulate bunch became Certified today... with 50hrs of The Yin River Yin Yoga teacher training.

The model that we taught - was to inspire, to share what we know & to open the gates of self exploration, in the hope that everyone would find their groove. Well, we are simply blown away by the incredible classes that we experienced this weekend. For 2 days they have taught classes to each other, enlightening us with their use of props, speciality of body types, illuminated meridians, celebrated the intricacies of fascia, taken us into meditation...

Let go, let go, and the gifts of abundance will flow.

Next week 11 Yogis will share a sample of what they have discovered on their Yin River journey. Letting them "go" has been the most beautiful process. Next weekend, the students will enlighten the teachers🙏
